Help us understand the issue

Tell us your phone or computer model, operating system, Victor Link version, Victor hardware model and firmware version. Include what you tried, what you expected and what happened. A screenshot can help.

You can share connection logs from the app’s Logs screen. Review logs and backups before sending them: they may contain routine names, tag identifiers or device information. Please avoid sending Wi-Fi passwords or other sensitive information.

Connecting to Victor

  1. Turn on Bluetooth on your phone and allow Victor Link to use it.
  2. Power on Victor and press its main button twice to make it available for connection.
  3. Open Victor Link. If the system asks you to pair, use the passkey shown on Victor.
  4. If another phone or computer is connected, disconnect it first, then try again.

Connection logs are available before pairing. If Bluetooth access was denied, enable it for Victor Link in your phone’s Settings.

Setting up a new device

A Victor device running compatible firmware is required. Install the firmware over USB with Victor Link for macOS or Firefox. After that, the mobile app can manage your device and install firmware updates over Bluetooth.

Backups and updates

Save a backup before updating or restoring your Victor. Keep the device powered and close to your phone throughout a firmware update. If an update fails, tell us the installed version, the version you tried to install and the error shown.
